How much are the shipping costs?
The price of our transport depends on the country to be sent and the amount. You can see the price of your shipment during the checkout and in the Shipping Costs Section. Please note that the merchandise XTG may be subject to import taxes and tariffs abroad, which will be paid by the recipient once the package reaches its destination. No additional charge will be paid by the emissary for customs clearance (we have no control over these charges and can not predict their amount). Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information.
In addition, you should note that, when ordering in xtg.es, the receiver will be regarded as the importer and shall comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you are concerned about how it is used and shared the information of your order. Therefore, we would like our international customers and distributors who sell our products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
How long does the shipment take?
Orders take between 5 to 7 working days (From the order is processed).
Please note that shipping estimates are approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. Orders will be processed once we have confirmation of payment. You should consider the following when trying to estimate the date on which the package will be delivered:
- The Shipments will only be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00
- Depending on each country, customs may hold packages for an indefinite period, which may delay the arrival of your order.
What are our return and exchange policy?
For Underwear or swimwear, no changes or returns will be accepted for hygienic reasons.
For other items, remember that you have 30 days to change and/or make a refund.
CHANGES
You can make a change of a garment (except underwear and swimwear) when itis a CHANGE for a new COLOR, SIZE or the same model.
If we do not have stock for that product you want to change, we will refund the amount paid to your account.
You must send the garment to one of our stores. Contact us so we can indicate the nearest store via web@xtg.es
Please note that the shipping costs of the products you want to change will be paid by the customer.
When the garments arrive at our stores (the items have to be in perfect condition and have internal tags) and, as soon as we approve the return, we will send you a confirmation mail with your request.
THE HOLDER WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING OF THE GARMENT YOU WANT TO CHANGE so we can send it again. If we do not have stock of that garment, we will refund the money; the amount will be paid in the same way you made the purchase. The time it takes for a refund depends on each bank.
RETURNS
You must send the item you want to return to one of our stores (except underwear and swimwear). Contact us so we can indicate the nearest store via web@xtg.es
Please note that the shipping of the products you want to return are your responsibility and be paid by the customer.
